The Spectank is a specially designed stainless steel, double skinned soak tank with a thermostatically controlled heating element

The Spectank works in conjunction with our unique CarbSolve chemical, to remove fat, grease, carbon and oil without causing any damage to the parent material. Just place your items into the basket, lower into the solution, remove and rinse. It’s literally that simple. Carbsolve is a non-toxic, non-corrosive, environmentally friendly, user friendly and biodegradable cleaning powder, specially formulated for use in the Spectank system.

How Does The Spectank Work?

The tank is filled with water, and the CarbSolve chemical is added. Once dissolved and heated, it’s ready to use. It will clean continuously, remove fat, grease, oil and carbon build up for up to 30 days.

The liquid solution is maintained at a constant temperature of 180°F resulting in all equipment being sanitised and coming out bacteria free.

Items are loaded into the unit and left to soak for varying lengths of time. The time in the Spectank will be determined by the amount of carbon build up.

The unique Carbsolve cleaning powder dissolves the proteins in the plant and animal fats causing them to separate from the items being cleaned.

The lifting basket is used to immerse items into the unit, and to remove items once cleaned. A light rinse is required before using the items.
